The Sweet Shop, sponsored by the Jane Phillips Society , is open every Thursday, 11:30am-1pm, in the lobby of the Adams Building, at ConocoPhillips. There is a variety of homemade cookies, cakes, brownies, and breads. The funds raised are used to support youth oriented agencies in our community.

 

Billy Palmer, Norman Farrell and friends are back again this year with live acoustic guitar music, every Friday, 11:30am-12:30pm, in front of Souper Deli, 522 SW Keeler. All proceeds from tips will be donated to the American Cancer Society Relay for Life.

OK Mozart is accepting applications from string, woodwind and brass students from seventh grade through college to participate in the OKM Music Education Workshops to be held at the First United Methodist Church, in Bartlesville , on June 18. The workshops give students the chance to work with professional musicians from the OKM Resident Orchestra, Amici New York. Application fee is $10, which includes a pizza party following the workshops and two complimentary tickets to the “Mozart and the Masters” concert at the Bartlesville Community Center that evening.
