Contest Rules:
Before entering
any contest on www.bartlesvilleradio.com or KWON/KYFM/KRIG/KPGM,
please read these rules carefully. Entering a contest signifies
your acceptance of these rules.
Additional or altered rules may apply to specific contests. For
details, listen to the Station(s) running the contest or view the
rules at the website.
No purchase necessary to enter a contest. Any contest is open to
United States citizens, 18 years or older, except employees of the
company sponsoring the prize or their immediate families. Other
restrictions on entries for a particular contest will be included
in the rules specific to that contest.
Participation in a contest implies consent to use the participant’s
name, voice and/or likeness for promotional purposes related to
the contest.
Winners in all call-in contesting, their immediate families and
household members are ineligible to participate in additional call-in
contest activities for a period of 30 days following their win on
the radio station.
All contests conducted by Company are intended for play in the United
States only and shall be construed and evaluated according to the
United States law. Do not enter contests conducted by Company if
you are not located in the United States. Contests conducted by
Company are void where prohibited and are subject to all federal,
state and local laws and regulations.
All prizes should be picked up at the Broadcast Station within 10
business days. Prizes left after this period may not be available.
No substitution or cash equivalent for any prize is permitted, except
at our sole discretion. In case of unavailability of any prize,
we serve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. We are
not liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from the use of
any prize. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any contest
should virus, bugs or other causes beyond our control corrupt the
administration, security or proper administration of the contest.
We reserve the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be
tampering with the entry process or the operation of a contest conducted
by Company or to be acting in violation of these rules or the Official
Contest Rules. Prizes may be mailed to winners upon request when
possible, but winners assume liability for undelievered or damaged
prizes. All prizes are awarded as-is; the Company is not responsible
for any defects.
By accepting a prize, the winner grants us permission for the use
of their name and biographical information for advertising or promotional
purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited
by law. All entries become property of KCD Enterprises, Inc. and
will not be returned. Company reserves the right to modify these
rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the
terms and conditions of any contest.
Additional rules specific to individual contests may be added and
will be broadcast during the contest period. In case of a tie, the
decision of the Company or its designated judge(s) is final. Duplicate
prizes will not be awarded.
Any prize substitutions or cash equivalents are at the sole discretion
of the Company which reserves such right. If a winner chooses not
to accept a prize, he/she relinquishes all rights to the prize and
the prize may be awarded to another party at the discretion of the
Company.
Prizes must be claimed in person unless otherwise specified. The
person claiming the prize must be the winner or a member of the
winner’s immediate family residing at the same address. Proper
identification may be required.
The company may provide a list of prize winners at its discretion,
but it is not required to do so.
A copy of these and any contest-specific rules are available at
the studios during regular business hours.
