How Quickcast Works

To minimize the window, just click on the X in the upper right corner.

The current temperature will then be displayed in your Windows task bar as shown below.

To maximize the window again, double-click on the current temperature display in your Windows task bar.

During severe weather warnings, you will receive a text crawl directly on your computer much like those you are familiar with seeing on television. The crawl is preceded by an audible alert sound to bring attention to your computer.

All you need is an Internet connection.
