Bartlesville Police responded to an unusual call Wednesday afternoon. A toddler, clad only in a diaper, was seen on Frank Phillips Boulevard near South Comanche Avenue just after noon. Janet Moreland, a motorist who saw the child, called the police. According to Moreland, a door-to-door search was conducted on Comanche and a man who knew that child was located. He reportedly told police that the toddler had left the home on foot with his grandmother. As of 1 P.M., the grandmother had not been located.
