Registered Independent Voters Could Affect Oklahoma Presidential Primary

When the Oklahoma Democratic Party made the decision to open Democratic primaries to registered independent voters during a meeting in July, they opened the door to many voters under the age of 30. Tulsa County Democratic Party Vice Chair Greg Bledsoe said the action could change things significantly.

The Oklahoma Presidential Primary is scheduled on March 1, 2016. which is Super Tuesday. Primaries or caucuses in 12 other states are also scheduled for that date.
