Barnsdall Man Arrested On Numerous Charges

A Barnsdall man is in custody for allegedly taking medical supplies from Jane Phillips Medical Center and had outstanding warrants out of Washington County.  34-year old Jesse Lynn Farmer is charged with falsely personate to create liability, possession of methamphetamine, petit larceny, and obstructing an officer.  An anonymous person told Washington County Sheriff deputies that Farmer was at the Jane Phillips Medical Center Emergency Room, had outstanding warrants, and was using his brother's name Eric Farmer to avoid law enforcement.

According to a court affidavit, Farmer was being discharged when deputies waited for him.  The suspect used his brother's name to identify himself.  Reportedly, the deputies recognized him, search him, and found a bag of meth and had his pockets full of medical supplies.  Reportedly, the authorities found a pillow case full of medical supplies.  The affidavit states that Farmer wouldn't cooperate with officers and claimed he was Eric Farmer.

Farmer's next court date is October 30th.  Bond was set at $20,000.
