Pawhuska Brothers Facing Robbery Charges

Two Pawhuska men are in the Washington County Jail after being arrested Tuesday afternoon for allegedly robbed a woman at knife point in the parking lot of K-Mart in Bartlesville.  25-year old Terrance Lucas Cottingham and his younger brother 22-year old Cole Bud Cottingham are charged with robbery with a weapon.  Bartlesville police received a call around 12:15 in the afternoon from a citizen who said they were following two men who saw two men steal a purse.  According to a court affidavit, the caller followed the suspects as they traveled north on U.S. Highway 75 towards Dewey.  Reportedly, the suspects were caught a few hours after the robbery. 

Court records indicate that Terrance Cottingham has felony priors in Kay County.  The brothers next court date is October 30th.  Bond for Terrance Cottingham is set at $150,000 bond while Cole Cottingham's bond is set at $75,000.
