Three people are dead after a 2000 Chevy Blazer rolled over the guard rail on U. S. 75 Friday night.  The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports the Blazer was southbound at Washington County Road 500 when it travelled into the center median, hit the guardrail, rolled over the guardrail.  The accident report indicates the mishap occurred at approximately 11:33 Friday night 353 feet south of the county road approximately 2 miles north of Copan.

A passenger in the vehicle, 27 year-old Brittiany Dilley of Independence was ejected from the vehicle and landed 20 feet from the vehicle.  She died at the scene.  A second passenger, 42 year-old Larry Sutton of Caney was ejected from the vehicle.  He was found ten feet from the vehicle.  Bartlesville EMS transported Sutton to Tulsa's St. John's Hospital where he was admitted in stable condition with head, leg, and internal injuries.  Bartlesville EMS found a 2 to 3 year-old boy 30-feet from the vehicle after he was ejected.  The boy died at the scene.  A 6 to 7 year-old girl also died at the scene.

Dilley's remains and those of the boy and girl were taken to the Ray Francisco Funeral Home in Tulsa.

The accident report shows the vehicle was being driven by an unknown driver and that while the vehicle was equipped with seat belts, no one in the vehicle was using them.  The accident remains under investigation.  The Copan Fire Department, Dewey Fire Department and Wann Fire Department assisted the OHP with the accident response.
