A 10-2 season.

A trip to the state semis.

Bartlesville's football season provided plenty of tremendous plays and big moments. Here are five of the biggest touchdowns for the Bruins in 2015, and a look at how they affected the season.

5. (Nov. 6 vs Claremore)

The Bruins looked shaky in the first couple of quarters at Claremore. The Zebras led 19-14 early in the second quarter. After BHS had regained the lead, Colton Penrod hit AJ Parker for a big pass down the left sideline to give the Bruins some breathing room.

57-yards from Penrod to Parker.

4. (Sept. 25 vs. Sand Springs)

The Bruins led Sand Springs 17-0 before the Sandites scored a touchdown late in the third quarter to pull within 10, 17-7. Sand Springs would get no closer, and BHS would put the Sandites away a thrilling catch and run from Penrod to Parker.

3. (Oct. 16 vs. Booker T.)

Although it was in a losing effort, AJ Archambo and Colton Penrod single handedly almost kept Bartlesville undefeated. BHS trailed Booker T. Washington 14-0 early in the second quarter. Penrod found Archambo for 26-yards and then 22-yards in the second and fourth quarter that tied the ballgame.

2. (Nov. 21 vs. Bixby)

Once again in a losing effort, Penrod found Archambo for the Bruin's third unanswered touchdown in the second quarter. The pass gave Bartlesville a 20-19 lead before the PAT, and was the final touchdown off the ballgame for BHS. Nonetheless, a big play that gave the Bruins hope in their final game of the season.

1. (Oct. 2 vs. Bixby)

It was one of the biggest games, if not the biggest, for the Bruins all year. Bartlesville trailed Bixby 21-7 late in the first half before BHS scored 43 points in the final two and a half quarters to blow out the Spartans 50-33. This touchdown pass from Penrod to Matt Simpson gave BHS the lead for good. Nate Hanson's pick-six could just as easily been the choice to represent this thrilling win.

20-yards from Penrod to Simpson.
