A Dewey man who is accused of taking funds from the Washington County Adult Center has a December 2nd preliminary hearing set at a Washington County District Courtroom.  54-year old Michael Cobb is charged with embezzlement.

Back in September, Dewey police say that Cobb fraudulently appropriated more than $90,000 in state and federal funds for personal use.  Cobb admitted to police using the money for gambling at local casinos and paying personal debts.  Cobb was the organization's president.  The Washington County Adult Center has provided a place for seniors to socialize and access education and other services since 1980.

Cobb is free on a $10,000 bond.
