Upcoming Washington County Voter Registration Events

There have already been two elections this year, the most recent on February 9 for School Board and Special Elections. The Presidential Preferential Primary is on March 1 and if you're not registered to vote, you will not be able to take part. Even registered Independent voters will be able to vote due to the Oklahoma Democratic party making a special exception this year to do so.

But, it is not too late to get registered for the other four elections to be held this year. The League of Women Voters of Bartlesville provides a free non-partisan Voters Guide booklet to get you started. The LWVB will hold three voters registration events in the near future. The first one is a forum and voter registration in Copan on February 25. Next will be an event at the Anchor House at 822 Johnstone from noon to 2 P.M. on February 28. Another event is planned for March 23 at the Bartlesville Public Library, from 10 A.M. until 6 P.M. Find out more by visiting http://lwvok.org/Bartlesville.html
