Two Bartlesville men are in custody after being arrested for allegedly attacking a man.  Washington County District Judge Curtis DeLapp held a probable cause hearing for 23-year old Chris Derrell Cox and 36-year old Denorivice Howard The Second for robbery.  Bartlesville police were called to the 300 block of West 12th Street where a man reported that he was robbed and beaten with a handgun.

According to a court affidavit, Cox and Howard along with a third suspect met the victim at Osage Casino.  A video surveillance indicated that the suspects along with the victim left the casino.  Reportedly, the victim thought the suspects were taking him home, instead the suspects drove to an apartment complex located in the 300 block of SW Santa Fe.  Both Cox and Howard told the police they left the scene when an unknown suspect demanded money and hit the man on the head with a handgun.  The affidavit states that the victim lost $500 and a cell phone.

Both Cox and Howard's next court date is Wednesday when charges are expected to be filed.  Bond was set at $100,000 each.
