Alcohol consumption lead to an injury accident a Washington County road 3 miles south and 5 miles east of Copan Friday night.  The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports 63 year-old Lonnie Plisek of Dewey was driving a Chevy Trailblazer westbound on county road 1000.  A Dodge Ram, driven by 18 year-old Chaney Burke of Bartlesville was traveling eastbound on county road 1000.  Plisek's vehicle was in the middle of the road & topped a hill.  Burke was in the middle of the road at the bottom of the hill.  Plisek and Burke struck mirrors.  Plisek turned sideways in the roadway, drove through a fence, spun around, and came back out of the fence.  Plisek's vehicle then crossed the roadway & struck the ditch on the south side of the road.  Burke's truck came to a stop.

Bartlesville EM took Plisek to Jane Phillips Medical Center.  He was admitted in good condition with arm and back injuries.  Five people were in the Burke vehicle but none of them were injured.

The OHP report indicates Plisek had been drinking and his ability was impaired.
