Firework Regulations

The Fourth of July is one of the few holidays filled with fireworks. This year, Washington County is allowing fireworks throughout the county. However, rules and regulations vary depending if you are in the city. If you are within the city limits of Bartlesville, fireworks are prohibited. However, if you are in the city limits of Dewey, fireworks are allowed with a permit.

The Washington County Sherriff’s Office says that fireworks are not allowed on the roadways, but they are allowed so long as the user is being smart with them.
