A project the Bartlesville Redevelopment Trust Authority has had in development and construction for months is now completed will welcome the Pubic this weekend. The project the Noble Lofts has become a storefront/residential building in the heart of downtown, the building will feature commercial property facing the street and 11 apartments, which will be available at a $750 per month leasing price. Development on the building began back in 2015 by Tulsa Based New Leaf Development, after the building had sat vacant for nearly 10 years.
