A Bartlesville man who was arrested last week on drug charges, appeared in a Washington County Courtroom for the second time Monday afternoon facing formal charges.  34-year old Ramone D. Hester is charged with possession of methamphetamine and obstructing an officer.  Bartlesville police saw Hester riding a bike early Friday morning with no lights on in the 900 block of SW Frank Phillips Blvd.

Officers told Hester he had outstanding warrants in Washington County.  According to a court affidavit, Hester ran away on foot and was caught a short time later.  The police searched Hester and found a bag of meth.  Hester denied owning any drugs.

Hester's next court date is September 2nd.  Bond remains at $20,000.
