A $250,000 bond has been set for a Bartlesville man who allegedly had child pornography downloaded on his cell phone.  59-year old Anthony Harold Warnick is charged with possession of child pornography.

According to a court affidavit, Bartlesville police found a cell phone at the Wal-Mart parking lot and discovered 21 pictures of child pornography.  The authorities traced the phone to Warnick and asked about the phone.  Reportedly, Warnick told the police he lost his phone but didn't know the number.  The affidavit states that the suspect tried to download a dating site, but noticed a couple of pictures that shouldn't been downloaded.

Court records indicate that Warnick is a convicted felon out of Washington County and just recently been released from prison.  Warnick's next court date is October 21st.
