Believe it or not, the first quarter of the 2016-2017 school year is off to a fabulous start in the Bartlesville Public Schools District.  With the passage of the bond issue and the latest contribution from Phillips 66 worth $1.7 million dollars.  During a recent community connection program on KWON, Bartlesville Schools Superintendent Chuck McCauley talked about the donation.
