Wickham Preliminary Hearing Delayed

A Bartlesville man who is accused of threatening to kill a woman back in August of this year has his preliminary hearing delayed until November 9th. James Michael Wickham is charged with pointing a firearm and threaten to perform an act of violence. Bartlesville police were called to investigate the case at a home located in the 1400 block of Southwest Santa Fe.
According to a court affidavit, a woman told the police that Wickham pointed a gun at her head and threaten to kill her. Reportedly, the victim identified Wickham who pointed a gun at her.
Bond remains at $100,000 bond.
