Wet Pavement Doesn't Dampen Bartlesville Parade

Wet pavement and misting rain didn't dampen Saturday night's Bartlesville Christmas parade.  While there were some of the more than one hundred entries that didn't show up and only two of the expected four bands marched youngsters of all ages turned out to watch the parade process through downtown Bsartlesville.

Kiwanis Club judges awarded prizes in four categories.  The Non-Profit placement trophy was sponsored by Southern Abstract.  Sunfest took first place followed by the Boy Scouts Pack 150 and the Bartlesville East Side Head Start.

In corporate placements the trophy was sponsored by Cliffs Flooring and Windows.  Berkshire Hathaway took first place, the Phillips 66 Employees float took second place and Musselman Abstract won third place.

The Business Placement award was sponsored by KWON radio..  Service and Technology took first place, Arrowhead Vet Clinic won second, and Chenowith and Cohen took third. 

The Overall winner trophy was sponsored by Bryan and Little CPA and was awarded to Sutterfield Financial.
