The City of Bartlesville has a new council.  City Attorney Jerry Maddux administered the oath of office to all five council members.

Council member John J. Kane nominated Dale Copeland as the mayor.

Mayor Copeland was pleased with the honor.

Kane was nominated to serve as Vice-Mayor.
