The City of Bartlesville held a reception Monday evening for two outgoing council members Tom Gorman and Ted Lockin.  Gorman also served as Bartlesville mayor.  Gorman said he's pleased with the city's financial status.

Lockin said he's looking forward to serve in city committees.

The reception also honored the two new council members Alan Gentges and Jim Curd.
