Osage County residents will have another opportunity to receive a free flu shot Friday Oct 20 as the Osage County Health Department will be bringing their successful Drive-Thru Flue Shots to Skiatook.

The event will take place at the Skiatook County Barn located at 2850 W 133rd St N in Skiatook, and shots will be dispersed from 7am to 1pm. There will be a limited number of flu shots available and vaccinations are on a first come first serve basis. Also, if you have never received a flu shot before you will need to plan to stay for a few minutes in order to ensure there are no allergic reactions to the vaccine.

Participating sponsors for the event include, Osage County Public Health Department, Osage Nation Health Nursing, Osage Nation CHRs, Osage County Emergency Management, Osage Nation Emergency Management, Osage County Fire, and Wah-Zha-Zhi Health Center.
