A call about two suspicious men loading a trailer in front of an auto parts store led to the arrest of a Bartlesville man. Oscar Valle appeared in front of a judge at the Washington County Courthouse facing a charge of obstructing an officer of the law.

According to an affidavit, an officer responded to a call about Valle and a friend loading a trailer. The officer engaged the two men to gain an understanding of the situation. He then went to his car to inform dispatch of what was going on and to check the men for warrants. When he returned Valle had fled the scene. The officer searched the area around the building and entered a bathroom where he found Valle hiding in one of the stalls. The officer use his shoulder to break down the door and then placed Valle under arrest.

Valle is scheduled to appear in court next on October 30.
