A Bartlesville man was taken in on multiple charges on Thursday. Dustin Towers was arrested and charged with Threats to Kill, Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, Simple Assault, and Intoxication.

According to an affidavit, an officer was responding to a bar fight when he made contact with a man and a woman. They informed the officer that Towers had been harassing people in the bar, and kept making sexual advances towards the woman. They say that Towers became angry when she rejected them, so he threw a beer bottle at her, striking her in the neck.

When the man told Towers to leave, Towers threatened to beat the man up, then began to punch and shove him. Towers told the woman he was going to kill her, then he left the bar. The officer found Towers trying to run from the bar, but Towers told the officer that he didn't do anything, and that the man was harassing him. The officer took Towers in to the Washington County Correctional Facility.

Bond for Towers was set at $50,000. His next court appearance is set for November 17.
