The search for a new Bartlesville High head girl’s basketball coach and baseball coach is on going, but the end could be near.

BHS athletic director Ryan Huff says that if everything goes according to plan, a new coach could be hired in the next week or two.

Huff said internal and outside candidates will be interviewed next week.

Despite just hitting his one-year mark on the job, Huff is no stranger to hiring coaches. He was tasked with finding a head football coach this past winter. Huff talks about the experience of finding first year head football coach Lee Blankenship and if that helps him with other coaching searches as well.
