Bartlesville High School Athletic Director Spence Rigdon is in the final stages of his life due to the ravages of colon cancer.

Rigdon has been suffering with the disease for nearly three years with treatments and surgeries. He recently announced that he would no longer undergo the treatments

Spence has positively influenced many lives through coaching, teaching, baseball, church, athletic administration, and community involvement.  Many have asked how to best support and show care for this amazing family.  

Matt Epperson is a friend of Spence Rigdon. He and others recently spoke to Rigdon about his wishes after he passes and they offered help for his family with the medical bills and other financial burdens.

Epperson and others have set up a GO FUND ME page https://www.gofundme.com/f/7u39w-bless-the-spence-rigdon-family for the Rigdon family to help offset the medical costs and assist with things like the mortgage.
