A personal injury collision occurred Monday evening just before 8pm on State Highway 11 approximately .75 miles south of CR2200, 2 miles south of Avant in Osage County.

 

Kayla Crenshaw, 34, of Tulsa was driving a  2014 Nissan southbound on State Highway 11 when she left the roadway to the left, hitting an embankment. Her car rolled an undetermined amount of times, coming to rest on its wheels

 

Crenshaw was  admitted in good condition with trunk internal injuries. Her passenger, Markus McMahan, 38, of Tulsa was treated and released.

 

OHP said Crenshwaw took the curve too fast.
