A Bartlesville man is in custody on a warrant after he allegedly hit his nephew with a rock.  50-year old Billy Fay Stark is charged with assault and battery with a deadly weapon.  Bartlesville police were called just after midnight on July 22nd to a home in the 1600 block of SW Armstrong where the possible crime took place.  According to a court affidavit, a man told the police that he and Stark got into an argument when the victim picked up a rock thinking that he was going to be attacked by the suspect.  Reportedly, the nephew dropped the rock, went inside the home, and was followed by Stark.  The court document says that Stark picked up the rock, threw the rock at the victim's head, and left the scene with his bicycle.  Officers saw the man had a cut on the left side of his head.  Stark's next court date is September 5th.  Bond was set at $15,000.
