A one million dollar bond has been set for a Bartlesville man who allegedly broke into his ex-girlfriend's home and took her cell phone.  31-year old Joshua Lee Howell is charged with first degree robbery, breaking and entering a home without permission, domestic abuse assault and battery, and interfering with an emergency phone call.  Bartlesville police were called to a home in the 1500 block of South Hickory Avenue to investigate a possible domestic case.  According to a court affidavit, the woman told the police that Howell came through her back window, tackle her on the bed as she was trying to get her cell phone.  Reportedly, the suspect hit the victim in the back of her head and threw her backwards onto the floor, took her cell phone, and left the scene.  Court records indicate that Howell has a domestic abuse assault and battery with the same woman.  Howell's next court date is May 16th.
