Bartlesville Woman Face Drug Charges
A Bartlesville woman who was pulled over on a traffic violation ends up in jail facing drug violations. 41-year old Sheena Kay Ratliff is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, and driving with a suspended license. Bartlesville police conducted a traffic stop in the 1000 block of SE Virginia Avenue because a brake light was not working. According to a court affidavit, officers learned that Ratliff's license was suspended. A K-9 detected drugs inside the vehicle. Officers searched the vehicle and found a smoking pipe with residue inside her purse. The authorities found bags of meth and marijuana, syringes, and numerous pills inside the car. Ratliff's next court date is November 15th. Bond was set at $20,000.
