An Ochelata man who was free on bond on other cases is back in jail for allegedly having illegal drugs.  33-year old Timothy Aaron Shreffler is charged with possession of methamphetamine and public intoxication.  The authorities were patrolling on 14th Street when they saw a pickup with a driver apparently passed out.  According to a court affidavit, officers woke up the suspect and noticed that knives sticking out of top of his boots.  The authorities found a syringe that contained meth in the back seat of the pickup.  Shreffler told the police he was using meth and was under the influence.  Shreffler's next court date is June 27th.  Bond was set at $450,000.
