A $50,000 bond has been set for 21-year old Dylan Ray Alexander, who is charged with assault and battery on a police officer and two counts of domestic assault and battery in presence of a minor child.  Dewey police were called to investigate a domestic case at a home in the 600 block of South Seminole.  According to a court affidavit, Alexander's girlfriend told the police that the suspect hit her on the forehead with his fist and claimed that Alexander assaulted his step-mother by striking her in the face, pulled her hair, and scratching her arms and face.  When the officer arrived at the scene, he saw Alexander alone in the front yard.  The suspect refused to obey the officer's commands.  Reportedly, Alexander attempted to hit the officer's face.  A scuffle took place and the suspect kicked the officer's chest and stomach, knocked off his glasses and ripped off the officer's badge.  The affidavit states that a one-year old girl was present when the assaults took place.  Alexander's next court date is June 27th.
