The Washington County Commissioners Monday approved a resolution for insurance coverage for the next year. The county is part of the Association of County Commissioners of Oklahoma, Self-insured Group, which means they insure themselves along with other counties in the state. The cost for insurance for the year came in at 180 thousand 500 dollars, the highest it's been. The commission also approved a detention services agreement with the Osage County Juvenile Detention center for their services with a cost of $27.05 per juvenile per day. The next commissioners meeting is set for June 30 at 9:30 AM.
