A Colorado man facing drug and other violations has waived preliminary hearing and is bind over for formal arraignment.  Jacob Anthony Sanchez is charged with possession of marijuana and methamphetamine, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, possession of paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, and driving a defective vehicle.  Back in October, Bartlesville police conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Lupa and Woodrow for a brake light not functioning.  According to a court affidavit, officers found inside the vehicle a bag of meth, smoking pipe, a stolen .22 caliber gun, digital scale, marijuana grinder, and bags of marijuana.  The police learned that Sanchez's license was revoked.  Sanchez's next court date is December 31st.  Bond remains at $75,000.
