Washington County Special Judge John Gerkin held a probable cause hearing Monday afternoon for 34-year old Jennifer Rose Wagoner of Nowata, who was arrested for child endangerment and DUI.  According to a court affidavit, Bartlesville police were called to the intersection of Washington Blvd. and Nowata Road where they saw a woman who appeared to be asleep on the driver's side.  Reportedly, the officer knocked on the driver's side window several times until she woke up.  Wagoner told the police she was taking her five-year old daughter to her dad's house.  The suspect also told the police she was taking several prescription pills for her anxiety before leaving her Nowata home.  The affidavit states that Wagoner had trouble keeping her balance and had watery eyes.  The police saw the child asleep on the passenger side.  Wagoner's next court appearance is Tuesday afternoon.  Bond was set at $10,000.
