Nowata Man Arrested For Number Of Violations

A $25,000 bond has been set for 34-year old Dusty James Beaver of Nowata, who is charged with possession of a firearm in commission of a felony and indecent exposure.  Bartlesville police were called to an apartment in the 4700 block of SE Adams Blvd where a man with a gun going crazy looking for prescription medication.  According to a court affidavit, a woman came out of her apartment told officers that a man was in her bathroom and had a gun.  Reportedly, the police went inside and found Beaver in the bathroom and took him into custody.  Court records indicate that Beaver is a convicted felon in Nowata and Washington Counties.  Beaver's next court date is January 16th.
