The Pawhuska City Council met Monday evening over a light agenda.  Pawhuska City Hospital administrator Jesi Tatum spoke to the council and provided a written report to the Council members breaking down the financial profit and loss of the hospital for the months of August and September. Overall, the hospital's operating costs were over $4,700.  Tatum also reported that the hospital staff has been attending extensive training in customer skills, which has been the primary complaint of patients and those using hospital services.  The hospital board is in talks with a new physician who may be providing services to the city hospital.

In other action, a representative from the  CPA, office of Alan Chapman presented a written breakdown of the 2013/2014 audit of the city's financial operations.  There was no major discrepancies in the report and minor recommendations will be made in writing to the Council.  Finally the Council approved a resolution for the selection of projects for the REAP (Rural Economic Action Plan) grant through Indian Nation Council Of Governments.
