The Osage County Commissioners tabled two bids received for medical services to be provided for the inmates at the Osage County Correctional Facility Monday morning. The bids received were from Advanced Correctional Healthcare and E.S.W. Corrections.  Tabling the bids will give the Sheriff and the District Attorney time for proper review.  The annual Emergency Management Performance Grant application was approved.  Various transfers of funds in the Nutrition Program account and the Sheriff's Service Fee account to different accounts was approved for payroll purposes.

In other business the Commissioners signed a commissary agreement with Tiger Correctional Services for telephone integration of the correctional facilities. Finally, on the advice fo the district attorney, the Commissioners tabled the approval of forty high fluorescent high-bay lights to replace the current emergency lighting at the Clarence Brantley Indoor Arena.  The Fire Marshall requires the lightning to be replaced to meet required code and regulations.  The tabled motion was to contact the County Auditor for clarification if receiving only two bids, and not three as required, would violate any requirements of their office.

The Osage County Commissioners will meet next Monday at 10:00 a.m. at the Osage County Courthouse in Pawhuska.
