Bartlesville police have arrested a second person in connection with the series of vehicle break-ins.  According to police Captain Jay Hastings 27 year old Allee Jane Alfaro was arrested at 4:30 Monday afternoon after Detectives served two more search warrants obtaining evidence that she was the driver in some of the recent car burglaries. Alfaro was arrested for Auto Burglary and Auto Theft in connection to the December 16th reported vehicle theft and burglaries in Bartlesville.
