The Nowata County Commissioners Monday morning discussed ways to get a schedule going on who can use the courthouse annex meeting room.  Last week, the commissioners tabled the item to get more input from other county officials.  Commissioners Curtis Barnes and Doug Sonenberg presented their suggestions.  After much discussion, the commissioners tabled the item for the second straight week.
