Bartlesville police were dispatched to a residence on the city's west side Tuesday afternoon for a threatening phone call. Court affidavits show that police made contact with the victim, identified as Cian Ling, at 1455 Santa Fe Ave. just after 5:30 P.M. Ling stated that she was in the process of divorcing the alleged suspect, Nang Sbsum. Ling told officers she would testify that Sbsum threatened her by phone on Tuesday, stating, “she and the children would be dead soon and that he would just come to the daycare tomorrow morning, shoot all the children and then shoot himself.”

Sbsum was arrested and charged with:Threats to Kill,” a misdemeanor. Bond was set at $50-thousand but Judge Russell Vaclaw reduced the bond to $25-thousand during arraignment. The case has been set for trial on February 25th at 9:30 A.M.
