A $250,000 bond has been set for a Bartlesville man who allegedly attacked his sister.  22-year old Joshua Fabri is charged with domestic abuse assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.  Bartlesville police were called to a home in the 1500 block of SW Oak Avenue to investigate a domestic abuse case.  According to a court affidavit, Fabri's brother told the police that he saw the suspect hit the woman numerous time, dragging her outside, pulled her hair, got a baseball bat, and tried to hit the victim with the weapon.  Fabri told officers he denied swinging the bat at the woman.  He admitted getting into an argument with the woman.  Court records indicate that Fabri was convicted in 2013 for domestic abuse assault and battery.  Fabri's next court date is March 13th.
