The Dewey Police Department Investigations Division is asking for information regarding the location of a missing person.  According to Crime Stoppers Coordinatoar, David Hackler, 58 year-old Bryan L. Lowrey was supposed to go to a friend’s house near Bartlesville’s White Rose Cemetery on Sunday, February 8th.  He did not show up and has been missing ever since.  Lowrey has a medical condition that can impair his cognitive ability.  Lowrey is described as a white male, 58 years old, 5’8” tall, 160 pounds and was last seen in the 1000 block of SW Hickory in Bartlesville.

Call Crime Stoppers if you have any information regarding the location of Mr. Lowrey,  or any other information relating to his whereabouts..
