Insurance coverage for millions of people is at issue today when the Supreme Court hears oral arguments in the latest challenge to President Barack Obama's health overhaul. Oklahoma's Attorney General Scott Pruitt says he will be there to help argue the state's case.

The justices will eventually decide whether people in all states are eligible for federal tax subsidies to reduce the cost, or if that's limited to states that set up their own insurance exchanges.  If the court decides it's limited, as many as 8 million people could lose coverage.
