Bartlesville Public Library is a happening place in the month of April. Tax procrastinators will be lining up on Mondays, Tuesday and Wednesdays through April 14^th to get last minute free tax help. The 6^th Annual Lego Creation Contest is scheduled for the 25^th and registration is already underway. April is also a month when the Library features a decade. Nadine Hawke said the 1920s will be featured.
