The Nowata County Commissioners tabled a letter from Carl Reynolds requesting permission to keep and bear arms Monday morning.  Chairman Doug Sonenberg read the letter.  Sonenberg told the commissioners he wanted to do more research on the matter and will be brought up at a future meeting.  In other action, the commissioners approved to go out for redi-mix concrete bids and go out for bids for a 2010 or newer 10 wheeler dump truck.
