A $500,000 bond has been set for a Bartlesville man who allegedly tried to kill a man.  27-year old Tyler Lee Shea is charged with attempt first degree murder, burglary, and violation of a protective order.  Bartlesville police were called on a domestic case at a home in the 500 block of Larchmont Drive.  According to a court affidavit, officers saw a man on the porch covered in blood and was tended by a woman.

The woman told the police that Shea came to her home, pounded the front door, and yelled at her to drop the protective order.  Reportedly, Shea got into the home, punched the man in the face, and stabbed him.  Shea was able to leave the area before officers arrived.  The police later stopped Shea on a traffic stop and found a small knife that was alleged to be used in the incident.

Shea's next court date is May 8th.
