A Bartlesville police officer was honored as FOP Officer of the Year during a banquet last Friday. Fifth Ward Councilman Dale Copeland was also at the banquet.

Copeland also said that the Bartlesville Police Department has strong volunteer support with the Reserves and they also save the city a lot of money with their efforts.
