The Bartlesville City Council held two public hearings Monday night concerning two separate right-of-way closing requests.  The first was a request from the Bartlesville Public Schools to close a right-of-way located at Central Middle School.  Director of Engineering and Water Utilities Terry Lauritsen presented the city's recommendation.  No one participated in the public hearing.  The council approved the request.

The second was a request from Jess M. Kane on behalf of Taymar Properties, LLC to close the right-of-way located on Old Tuxedo Blvd.  Lauritsen presented the city staff's recommendation.  After the public hearing, the council approved the request.

In other action, the city council passed an application from Taylor Kimbrey, LLC for final plat approval of an 11.2 acre tract of land to be known as Stone Branch First Addition phase one.  The property is located north of Tuxedo Blvd. and east of Madison Blvd.  There are 14 total lots and ready for development.
